What would film posters look like if they were designed in USSR?
I have started this poster project to re-interpret movie posters in a constructivist style of Soviet Russia. My main inspirations for this were Lissitzky, Malevich and Rodchenko. I have used main three colours in this series of posters as well as some photomontage, which was very often used in Soviet graphic design.

I have also created a sans-serif typeface inspired by Soviet constructivism. It is a bold typeface with sharp edges and squared silhouettes to represent the features characteristic to the era.
